Dr Rima Shretta is an experienced global health expert, with over 20 years of experience in developing effective health system strategies to improve access to essential public health services. She is currently an Honorary Visiting Research Fellow collaborating closely with the Oxford Modelling for Global Health group based at the Big Data Big Data Institute, Li Ka Shing Centre for Health Information and Discovery.

What is your main area(s) of interest/expertise?

I am interested in using real-world epidemiological, economic and financial evidence to support integrated strategies for multiple diseases to strengthen health systems, optimize efficiency and inform policy.

What are you working on right now?

I am helping to apply this expertise and experience to support countries in their responses against Covid-19.
