Dr Koehler is the Water Programme Manager at our Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Christ Church, and her research looks at the interplay of water risks and institutional change in the water sector, as well as examining rural water services in sub-Saharan Africa.
She’s also contributed to developing a business model for maintaining drinking water infrastructure in marginalised areas of Kenya (called FundiFix), which serves around 76,000 people with reliable water services.
